Returns and exchanges :
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 8 days from the date of delivery with the nature of your return and we will respond with further instructions.
If the return is due to the customer's convenience, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
If the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect product or quantity, or a defective product (damaged or soiled), we will pay the return shipping fee from the customer to us, and the shipping fee from us to the customer.
Subject to stock availability, items will be replaced with the same product. If we do not have a replacement item, we will refund your money.
