Refund policy

If you would like to return or exchange an item for your convenience, please contact us using the inquiry form within 8 days of receiving the item. We will contact you as soon as possible.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
A statement of delivery or receipt is also required. If the return is due to customer circumstances, the return shipping charges will be borne by you.

Return or exchange due to a defect on our part

Please check the contents when you receive the item, and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, if the item is scratched or dirty, or if there is a possibility that the item is defective.
If it is determined that the defect is on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and, in principle, we will replace the item with the same item, but in the unlikely event that we are unable to exchange it with a non-defective item, we will issue a refund.

Non-returnable products

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・Products used
・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
・Products without packaging (bags, boxes, cases, etc.)
・Products not purchased from our online shop
・Products that have been delivered for more than 9 days
・You have not contacted us in advance

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including perishables (such as food, flowers, and fruit), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gas, etc.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union and the United States

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union and United States of America, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the statement of delivery or receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If questions about returned goods or a problem was found, we will contact you immediately.
Once your refund is approved, your refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take some time to process the refund and receive the refund.
