Delivery

We ship it by DHL. We will provide you with the DHL tracking number, so please contact DHL directly for tracking confirmation.

Shipping charge

Shipping charge is FREE. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are included in product price. However, any additional costs incurred due to issues on the recipient’s side will be borne by the recipient.
And also, if your parcel is returned to us due to extended absence or refused delivery, you will be charged for the return shipping and redelivery costs incurred.

Delivery date and time

The date and time of your delivery cannot be specified. We will typically ship within 5 working days of receiving your order. Delivery may be delayed depending on destination, traffic, weather, local circumstances, etc.

Please note:

• Please enter your name and shipping address in Roman characters. Shipping is only available to the address entered in this shop site. If you want to ship another address, please feel free to contact us in enquiry form.
• We are unable to change the shipping address, or amend or cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
• For shipments outside of Japan, a commercial invoice will be provided to avoid customs delays. In order to comply with international import/export laws and regulations, we will not accept requests to alter the order amount on the commercial invoice to lesser value.
  And also, we do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gift” as prohibited by US and other international government regulations.
